Select a picnic package that suits your occasion. Your needs and desires may vary so we recommend thinking about adding extra comforts, amenities and services. We’ll work with you to personalize your picnic.
Plan your picnic details and Book your Picnic. Select an available Date, Time, and Location. Let us know if you have any requests, and leave the details to us. We’ll update you on the preparations and final details.
Enjoy Your Picnic. Just show up and a Bliss Picnic Co team member will greet you on arrival and leave you unattended. We’ll be available if required. At the end, we’ll return and pack away your picnic.

Picnic Bliss Co opened on Oahu, Hawai’i in 2025 as a service for people to socialize, entertain and escape the daily routine of urban life, through outdoor dining and relaxation.
Once you book and meet with our team members, we’ll take care of the preparations and planning of your picnic.

1) Our Picnic Bliss team will arrive at the agreed location up to 90 minutes before your scheduled picnic to setup.
2) We’ll text or call you about our arrival and again when your picnic is set. Depending on your preference, our team can greet you upon arrival or you can discover your picnic on your own. Don’t worry, we’ll be nearby to ensure all is well.
3. Enjoy your Picnic! We’ll leave you unattended but you can call or text our team members if required.
4. At the end of your Picnic, a Picnic Bliss team member will return to make sure you’re happy. We will clean and pack away your event.

Yes. After booking your picnic, we’d love to discuss picnic locations for your occasion as well as get to know you. Tell us your guest names, the occasion, colors, themes, mood of the picnic setting, dining thoughts, dietary restrictions, etc. The more info we can gather, the better the preparation and execution of your picnic.

Yes. We’ll require permission from the home owners or property managers.
We do require parking for home and hotel room setups.
We do not offer services on Military Bases or Installations.

Yes. Picnic Parties for 2+ people is very possible. We just require more time to plan and get everything right with our small and very capable staff.

Yes. Every picnic includes 2 Hours of socializing and relaxing. You may extend your picnic occasion by adding 1-Hour intervals.

No. We cannot provide officiant services for weddings or vow renewals. You may however, plan an engagement or ceremony with your officiant and loved ones.
Note: If you require more than 2 hours, you may book more time.

All Picnics include a Grazing Board for 2 People:
They include Cheese, Sliced Meat, Fruit, Nuts, Crackers and Dips.

No. We do not serve or offer alcoholic beverages.

Hawai’i weather is beautiful and on occasion, passing showers do accompany even the most sun-filled days.
The Picnic Bliss Team will contact you between 24-48 hours before your picnic if inclement weather is forecasted.
If rain is forecasted, you have 4 options to choose from:
Risk the chance of rain and proceed with your picnic. As a paid add-on service, we do offer a tent canopy covering. Tent canopies are only available if the location allows for staking.
Reschedule your picnic to a new and available date and time.
Relocate your picnic to your hotel room or home. Adjustments to reserved or prepaid add-on services might be necessary, pending the new location. Additional service fees will apply for relocating to hotel rooms.
Cancel and Refund your Picnic due to rainy weather with a non-refundable 50% deposit. The non-refundable deposit goes toward handmade and custom decor, food selection, and pre-hiring event staff.

Book with Confidence.
You may reschedule to a later, available date and time, up to 48 Hours before your currently scheduled picnic time.
Example: If you book a picnic for a Saturday at 2:00 PM. You must Reschedule by 2:00 PM on the Thursday prior.
Cancellations or Rescheduling with less than 48 Hours remaining until your scheduled picnic time will result in a 50% Refund only. The 50% Deposit made at the time of booking will be forfeited to cover customized decor and items, food orders, and hirings.
You may cancel for a full refund up to 5 days before your experience.
Example:If you book a picnic for a Saturday at 2:00 PM. You must Reschedule by 2:00 PM on the Monday prior.
Booking a Picnic when the full refund cancellation period has passed?
Booking a Picnic after a cancellation period has passed will result in the forfeiture of the 50% Deposit made at the time of Booking, if you cancel.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before your scheduled picnic.

We’ll call and/or text you to confirm your exact picnic location and include local parking information.
We do not organize transportation. You will need to plan your way to and from the picnic.

In short, Yes. If a permit is required, we’ll handle the permitting process.
Here are some reasons a permit is required:
1) Select parks require reservations and permits, especially during peak seasons.
2) Picnic consists of 50+ People
3) Tents and Canopies sustained to the ground using stakes and pegs require a site plan and park approval
